Project goal:

Create covered comfortable outdoor patios and shade the playgrounds to improve resident satisfaction and attract new residents. Shade structures must complement each apartment complex’s unique style and color theme as well as add a visually stunning architectural element to the property.

Solution:

Designed and installed several multi-level shade sail structures to cover outdoor cooking patios, recreation areas and playgrounds. Shades are partially attached to the building. Columns are strategically placed to create an open view of the marina. Shade structure is engineered and permitted for 175 mph wind loads. As a result, the restaurant is welcoming more customers and patrons are enjoying the beautiful Florida scenery.
