Our commercial shade structures and tensile sails are designed and fabricated at our state of the art 20,000 sq. ft facility in Tarpon Springs, FL.

Engineering and Permitting

We guarantee the safety and durability of each post, frame and shade sail. Our knowledgeable structural engineers will calculate the correct post size based on required windloads, soil conditions and the terrain where a structure will be installed, the installation method and the size of the area that must be covered. We’ll select the best materials suited for the type of shade structure and the client’s specific requirements.

Shade structures are permanent features and thus require a permit before installation. We can pull all necessary permits and ensure that all shade structures are installed per code.

Fabrication and Welding

At Creative Shade Solutions, we employ full-time certified welders who are dedicated to quality, safety and delivery. We put our reputation on the line with every shade structure we build. That’s why we use the highest quality raw materials and fabricate all products in-house.

Powder Coating

With an in-house powder coating room, we control the finish quality of each post. We use commercial grade powders and our process is made to meet and exceed ASTM standards for adhesions, hardness, impact, flexibility, overbake resistance and salt spray resistance.

Shade Sails Fabrication

What makes our shade structures exceptional and aesthetically pleasing are the quality shade sails fabricated at our facility. We use commercial grade shade cloth in a rainbow of vibrant colors and can block up to 98.8% of UV rays. Each shade panel is measured to exact specifications and tension requirement and sewn using mildew resistant GORE Tenara thread and reinforced stitching.
